Using a proven team approach, we’ve represented sellers in over 300 residential sales transactions and assisted landlords in over 50 residential rental transactions since establishing in October 2008.

We bring the type of knowledge to a residential real estate transaction generally not contained on a checklist. Applying experience and wisdom to a problem, we identify and implement the steps required to create a solution.

Everyone has access to information these days (thanks Google!). Information is part of the solution, but knowledge is what’s required to solve problems.
