Pincho Factory to Open in Downtown Coral Gables
The vacant space pictured above will soon be home to the Coral Gables location of Pincho Factory, the popular burger, hot dog and pincho joint that’s made quite an impression on Westchester diners since opening its doors in 2010.
If the space looks familiar, it might be because it once served as the original home of Giardino Gourmet Salads, now located on Ponce de Leon and Aragon Ave.
In a neighborhood seriously lacking options in the “good, but inexpensive eats” category, Pincho Factory is a welcome addition to the culinary scene of Downtown Coral Gables.
No word yet on exactly when hungry Coral Gables diners will be able to get their hands on the Pincho Burger, Cartel Dog or the Sweet Potato Tots, but according to this, we should expect a Fall opening.
